WITNESS Presents at Silicon Valley Human Rights Conference

Sam Gregory will participate on a panel discussion entitled "Visual Media Technologies, Content and Human Rights" on October 26th at the innaugural Silicon Valley Human Rights Conference.

The session asks the question "Content has changed our world, how do we manage its impact on society, governance, and privacy?" and will be moderated by Sameer Padania of Macroscope and lead author and researcher on our recent report "Cameras Everywhere." Fellow panelists include Thor Halvorssen : Founder, Oslo Freedom Forum; Hans Eriksson : Founder/ Executive Chairman, Bambuser; Steve Grove : Head of News and Politics, YouTube.
