December 18, 2012 - Security-In-A-BoxSecurity-in-a-Box, a project that offers tools and tips on digital security, recently included a how-to on ObscuraCam, the face blurring app made in partnership by the Guardian Project and WITNESS. The guide walks users through installing and using ObscuraCam. Security-in-a-Box is a partnership between the Tactical Technology Cooperative and Frontline Defenders.

Sam Gregory Talks ObscuraCam at UC Berkeley Panel
December 12, 2012 -Sam Gregory recently appeared on the "We Witness: A Panel on Digital Video, Social Media, & Political Protest" at the University of California Berkley, where he discussed the new ObscuraCam app. The app allows those filming video on smartphones to protect the people they're fiming by blurring their faces.
