Chap Day
Office Services Coordinator
Chap coordinates WITNESS' office services as well as the internship program. He comes to us with 10 years of office coordination and support from various institutions including Amalgamated Bank, Episcopal Migration Ministries, the Stella and Charles Guttman Foundation, and Hello World Language Center.
He serves as the Province 2 Coordinator of Integrity USA, as the Recording Secretary for the the the Stonewall Democratic Club of New York City, as the Festival Committee Chair for Queens Pride, and as a member at large with Out Astoria. Chap received a Citation of Honor from the Borough of Queens in June 2012 for this work.
Chap earned his BA in Music from Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. In his spare time, he works on genealogy and his cooking blog.
