Yvonne Ng

Yvonne supports all activities of the Media Archive and blogs frequently about issues facing human rights archivists. She has worked with audiovisual collections at the New York Public Library, NYU Libraries, and the Canadian Filmmakers Distribution Centre. Before coming to WITNESS, she was a research fellow on the Preserving Digital Public Television project of the U.S. National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program.
 
Yvonne holds an MA in Moving Image Archiving and Preservation from New York University, and a BA in Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Association of Moving Image Archivists and the Society of American Archivists. Yvonne hails from Toronto, Canada and speaks English as well as basic French and Cantonese.
