It is our responsibility to generate real outcomes and hold ourselves accountable to our Partners, supporters and individuals whose safety and security often hinge on the work we do at WITNESS. To monitor these efforts, we have pioneered a Performance Dashboard with a series of at-a-glance metrics that quantify our performance. The Dashboard tracks the number of videos produced, trainings conducted, online activism, media coverage, and the impact of campaigns on existing policies and practices.

The Performance Dashboard is frequently cited as a model system for tracking performance by other non-profits and donors. The reports are published bi-annually on under a Creative Commons license should other organizations choose to adapt.
