In an effort to promote a culture of philanthropy and social responsibility in Mexico, Ambulante and Canana, two organizations headed by Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna, are hosting a Gala dinner to benefit WITNESS and the Comisión Mexicana de Defensa y Promoción de los Derechos Humanos . 

Within the context of film, Ambulante and Canana are joining WITNESS and the Comision Mexicana’s efforts to promote the use of a variety of audiovisual media to give greater visibility to human rights issues.
