Sam is a respected human rights leader and award-winning technologist who brings over 25 years of experience innovating and leading interventions at the intersections of video, technology, and human rights.
WITNESS is pleased to announce three new members of its Board of Directors: Adelin Cai, Debora Diniz, and Julie Owono. Ms. Cai also serves on the Board’s Governance and Nominations Committee.
The right to record allows us to fortify the truth. Without the right to record, there will be diminished truth. We are quite clear that the veracity of what we film is what takes precedence. This is what motivates us to keep protecting our freedom to film.
