Sabry Mohideen
Sabry has over 35 years of broad experience in strategic financial planning and operations, technical accounting, budgeting and forecasting, business acquisitions, program syndication, and conducting business in foreign countries. Sabry has served as divisional CFO at Viacom (MTVN International), Comcast (Bravo), and Marathon Ventures. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a CPA and has a BBA (Accounting) and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Texas, Austin.
Sabry was born in Sri Lanka, and has lived in Dubai, Austin, and Honolulu; he currently splits his time between Manhattan and Lake Henry (PA). He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Baruch University (NYC), on the Board of the Delaware Highlands Conservancy (an environmental land conservancy) and a ceramist; he has his own studio and enjoys spending many hours working on creating (somewhat questionable) pottery and ceramic sculptures!
He feels passionately about human rights and has been active in the LGBTQ+ human rights movement. He is looking forward to serving on the Witness Board.
