Anneke Victorica, Senior Global People Partner, United States

Anneke is WITNESS’ Senior Global People Partner, where she leads on designing and implementing strategy, policies and process to foster an impactful, equitable and connected workplace for a diverse, global team. table employee experience across continents. She leads efforts to align global HR policies, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and global employment with WITNESS’ mission and values–navigating the intersection of strategy, compliance and culture. Anneke works closely with staff at all levels and is passionate about cultivating a collaborative, values-driven workplace where everyone can do their best work in service of WITNESS’ mission.

Before joining WITNESS, Anneke consulted for various nonprofit organizations around HR, people and culture-focused projects, focusing on high-impact, values-driven strategies and approaches for remote teams. Previously she was the People Lead at The Engine Room, where she oversaw the design and implementation of all HR projects and initiatives for a diverse, global team.

Anneke holds a Juris Doctorate from the Washington College of Law with a focus on international human rights law, a Master of Laws from Université de Paris X Nanterre in International Law, and a Bachelor Degree in Anthropology and French. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Dutch. With a Dutch mother and Argentine father, she has lived in the United States, Indonesia, France, The Netherlands, Argentina and Spain. She currently calls Orlando, Florida home.
