Yvonne Ng, Senior Program Manager, Archives Yvonne is the Senior Program Manager of the Archives Program at WITNESS, where she trains, creates learning materials, and advocates on the use of archives for human rights change and accountability.  An audiovisual archivist with 20 years of experience in community-based and nonprofit settings, Yvonne is dedicated to developing approaches to archiving that are accessible, innovative, and relevant to human rights defenders and contemporary movements. She has contributed to and collaborated on numerous grassroots archiving and digital preservation projects and initiatives, and is an active member of the global professional archivist community. In 2024 she received the Alan Stark Award from the Association of Moving Image Archivists for her contributions to the field. Yvonne has a MA in Moving Image Archiving and Preservation from New York University, and a BA in Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto.

17 Jan Izhar Patkin

Izhar Patkin, Artist Izhar Patkin was born in Israel, 1955. He is a visual artist known for working in narrative form. His work not only tells stories but deals with reinventing the structure and technique of visual narrative itself. The results are paintings and sculptures in diverse and innovative media, making imaginative use of materials and highly complex visual metaphors. Patkin’s work is included in many permanent collections, including those of The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; the Museum of Modern Art, New York; Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York: and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; among others. His yearlong exhibition at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Arts, “The Wandering Veil”, will open on December 7, 2013. Patkin currently lives and works in New York City.

Corporate Vice President and Managing Director, CCS Sevil Miyhandar is Corporate Vice President and Managing Director of CCS. She has experience working with non-profits from all sectors, including national and international civil liberties and human rights advocacy and service NGOs. She has assisted her clients with fundraising, organizational development, leadership and major donor programs, and training. Her clients have included: Africare, American Civil Liberties Union, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the NAACP, and Women for Women International. She serves on the Advisory Board of WITNESS and the Board of Trustees for the PEN American Center.
