In early May 2015 WITNESS organized a six-day initial training session on video advocacy and storytelling in South Africa as part of our Critical Response work. The training focused on the promotion of LGBTQI rights.
Over the past several months, WITNESS has been encouraged by a number of landmark decisions, in the US and across the world, made in an effort to stem the tide of climate change.
This is a day that we care deeply about at WITNESS so this year we’re celebrating by joining the ICC’s campaign in telling the world why #justicematters to us.
This week, WITNESS will be participating in the second Video for Change Global Convening alongside members of the Video for Change Network and other video activists from 15 different countries and 5 continents.
